At Aakalp, every saree and suit is crafted with care and quality, and we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since our products are made with premium fabrics and fine detailing, we follow a strict no-refund and no-return policy, except in the rare case where a product is delivered to you in a damaged or defective condition. If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team along with clear photographs of the damage. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund as per your preference. Please note that products damaged due to customer mishandling, improper care, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, items returned must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Our goal is to ensure that you shop with confidence at Aakalp, knowing that your satisfaction and trust remain our top priorities.
